The conference paper should present an original research result, which is not published before. The detailed requirements to papers and submission procedure will be published on the Conference site. Papers should be submitted through uConfy system, howto instructions will be placed here later.
The paper should be not more than 12 pages long (list of references is not counted). Papers should follow the IEEE A4 template:

Before submitting an article, the author(s) are
required to submit an
Extended Abstract, which is a text document with 1000-3600 characters (0.5 to 2 pages) containing the problem description, main results, justification of the relevance and novelty of the research described in this paper. This Extended Abstract will be used by the PC to check whether the paper submitted fits into the conference topic area, and to find proper reviewers.
IEEE technical sponsorship is approved. Proceedings in English will be published in the IEEE Xplore library and indexed in Scopus
