The conference paper should present an original research result, which is not published before. The detailed requirements to papers and submission procedure will be published on the Conference site. Papers should be submitted through uConfy system.
Papers may be submitted in
English or in
Russian.
Springer technical sponsorship is approved. Peer-reviewed, accepted and presented papers in English will be published in the
Springer CCIS series. Peer-reviewed, accepted and presented papers in Russian will be published in
eLibrary.ru and indexed in РИНЦ.
At first, authors (up to
May 12 01, 2026) must submit an e
xtended abstract (1-2 pages) which contain the brief description of problem to be solved and main results. It will be used to justify whether the paper falls into the scope of MoNeTec-2026 and for preliminary estimation of paper's merits.
The deadline for paper submission is
June 08 01, 2026. Other important dates please see below..
The requirements for paper formatting (templates, guidelines etc.) are presented at the
Springer site.
These requirements
must be strictly followed for the Camera-ready paper (due Oct 05, 2026).
For Full paper to be reviewed (Jun
01, 08 2026), following these requirements is recommended, but not mandatory.
Springer requires the full paper to be 12-15 pages long (a few more pages is allowed). For papers in Russian, Springer template should be followed; there is no lower limit of 12 pages, but the paper length must be sufficient to present and justify the research.
Please keep in mind that authors from Russian Federation
must submit (via uConfy) the scan of
Заключение о возможности опубликования в открытой печати along with the Camera-ready paper version.
Paper acceptance
does not imply automatic registration for the conference participation. Registration will be opened later,
here. People may participate
not only as authors, but
as attendants (listeners) too.
