The conference paper should present an original research result, which is not published before. The detailed requirements to papers and submission procedure will be published on the Conference site. Papers should be submitted through uConfy system.

Papers may be submitted in English or in Russian. Peer-reviewed, accepted and presented papers in English will be published in the Springer CCIS series. Peer-reviewed, accepted and presented papers in Russian will be published in eLibrary.ru and indexed in RSCI.

At first, authors (up to May 01, 2026) must submit an extended abstract (1-2 pages) for preliminary estimation of paper's metits and its compliance with the conference topics.

Springer technical sponsorship is approved. Proceedings in English will be published in the IEEE Xplore library and indexed in Scopus
