Papers Submission
The conference paper should present an original research result, which is not published before. The detailed requirements to papers and submission procedure will be published on the Conference site. Papers should be submitted through uConfy system, howto instructions will be placed here later.
The paper should be not more than 12 pages long (list of references is not counted). Papers should follow the IEEE A4 template: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Before submitting an article, the author(s) are required to submit an Extended Abstract, which is a text document with 1000-3600 characters (0.5 to 2 pages) containing the problem description, main results, justification of the relevance and novelty of the research described in this paper. This Extended Abstract will be used by the PC to check whether the paper submitted fits into the conference topic area, and to find proper reviewers.
IEEE technical sponsorship is approved. Proceedings in English will be published in the IEEE Xplore library and indexed in Scopus

Camera-ready paper submission
- If any accepted paper has at least one author who is Russian resident, на статью должно быть оформлено Заключение о возможности открытого опубликования, и скан его должен быть отправлен по адресу info@monetec.ru до 01.10.2024. Неполучение указанного документа ведёт к отказу от представления и публикации доклада.
- Please DO NOT use footnotes in the paper title for reference on funding. This footnote may appear in the paper titie in IEEE Xplore..Instead, add the section Acknowledgements brfore the References section.
- Thoroughly proofread your paper before submitting PDF.
- Keep in mind that your camera-ready paper will be checked for plagiarism, and be ready to rework the text (include citation quotes etc.) in order to remove it.
- Accepted and presented papers written in English will be published in the MoNeTec-2024 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore library. All accepted papers written in Russian will be published in the Conference Proceedings volume indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
- For Regular papers to be published in the IEEE Xplore liblary, the Copyright notice on the first page should be as follows: 979-8-3503-6900-7/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
- For Short and Poster papers, the Copyright notice should be cleared.
- You should transfer the copyright to IEEE, by filling an appropriate form, howto instructions will follow.
