Camera-ready paper submission
1. If any accepted (Regular, Short, Poster) paper has at least one author who is Russian resident, на статью должно быть оформлено Заключение о возможности открытого опубликования, и скан его должен быть отправлен по адресу info@monetec.ru до 30.09.2022. Неполучение указанного документа ведёт к отказу от представления и публикации доклада.

2. a) For Regular papers to be published in the IEEE Xplore liblary, the Copyright notice on the first page should be as follows:
978-1-6654-7246-3/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE
b) For Short and Poster papers, the Copyright notice should be cleared.

3. Please DO NOT use footnotes in the paper title for reference on funding. This footnote may appear in the paper titie in IEEE Xplore..Instead, add the section Acknowledgements brfore the References section.

4. Thoroughly proofread your paper before submitting PDF.


Papers submitted should describe original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal. Papers not meeting the length and formatting requirements or violating IEEE's guidelines on plagiarized content will be rejected without review. All other submitted papers will be reviewed. Selected papers for MoNeTec 2022 may be conditionally accepted and subjected to shepherding before final acceptance.

In the first step the author registers a paper title and abstract (up to 1 page). The author fills the special field in the registration form of the MoNeTec paper submission system. Abstract submission deadline is June 15, 2022 June 23, 2022.

After Abstract review the Program Committee will recommend the author (until June 20, 2022 July 01, 2022) to submit the paper.

In the second step the author uploads paper manuscript (in PDF format) in his account of paper submission system. All submissions must be written in English or in Russian and must use standard IEEE two-column conference template. Paper submission deadline is July 01, 2022 July 22, 2022.

Accepted and presented papers written in English will be published in the MoNeTec-2022 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore library. All accepted papers written in Russian will be published in the Conference Proceedings volume indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
